Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 28 July 2003:-

1. Page 14, paragraph 45 should read as "As for paragraph 4 of the Originating Summons" instead of "As for paragraph 3 of the Originating Summons";

2. Page 14, It should be "Miss Joanna Molloy instructed by Messrs Deacons for the Defendant" instead of "Miss L. Lee"
