Last paragraph of the Judgment at p.13 is amended to read:
"For these reasons this defence and counterclaim is not made out. I find that the plaintiff is entitled to recover possession of the lot of land in issue and I enter judgment for the plaintiff with costs. The defendant's counterclaim stands dismissed with costs to the plaintiff."
