Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Saunders on 31 October 2002 :-

1. At paragraph 14(1)(a), "without paying to the Petitioner, at the same time, an amount equal to any sum as may have been paid.." should read as "without paying to the Petitioner, at the same time, an amount (less the sum of HK$400,000 referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order) equal to any sum as may have been paid.."
