Kindly note the following corrections in the written judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Yam in Court on 11 June, 2003:-

p.5, before para. 11 : The title "The defendant's case" should be added

p.6, para.12, line 1 - 3 : The 2 sentences "What is the meaning of these twelve words then? The defendant submitted otherwise." should be deleted

p.6, title before para.13 : The words "further submission" should be inserted after "defendant's"

p.6, title before para.13 : The word "case" should be deleted

p.6, para. 13, line 1 : The word "further" should be inserted after "defendant"

p.14, para. 29, line 2 : The words "(or "envisaged")" should be moved after "understood'

p.20, para. 42, line 1 : The words "In other words" should be deleted

p.20, para. 42, line 1 : The word "on" should read "On"
