Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment delivered on 5th August 1999 by The Hon. Madam Justice Beeson in the above case :

(1) On page 1, the year of the dates of hearing should be "1999" instead of "1998";

(2) At page 20 line P, the summation on damages should be "363,462.00" instead of "263,462.00"

(3) At page 20 line T, "6.45% per annum" should be replaced by "half the judgment rate"
