ADDENDUM AND CORRIGENDUM

________________________________

P. 22 Under "Aids and Equipment" - insert at 'R'
He has occasionally used equipment at a friend's gymnasium. There is no doubt that he would use some form of machine to exercise his limbs and it would in any event be cheaper and more suitable for him to have his own than to seek out a gymnasium or health club to which he would be entitled. Mrs Tsang's suggested provision is excessive. The Defendant's proposal of a provision for the cost of two machines over his life is realistic. I will allow the cost of two machines - i.e. $106,000.00 on the basis that even if one machine lasts a life-time, and it ought to, it will need maintenance and replacement parts which will absorb the balance of this provision.
P. 23 Alter total to $134,512 at 'E'
P. 25 Alter Aids/Equipment to $134,512 at 'S/T'
P. 26 Alter Total to 9,783,926
Alter figure at end of line E to $7,337,944.50
