"$100,000 in line D of page 12 should be $10,000."

"$40,000 in line F and I of page 12 should be $4,000 respectively."

"40,000 in line C of page 17 should be 4,000."

"$4,367,462.20 in line D of page 17 should be $4,336,862.20."
