1.This petition to wind up Bestar Engineering Limited (“the Company”) was presented by Zhuhai Lian Da Shiprepair and Ship-building Company Limited.  The petition is founded on a judgment debt in DCCJ No. 6549 of 2003 obtained on 27 March 2004 in the sum of HK$323,108.85.

2.A demand for the judgment debt was served on the Company on 12 June 2004.  The petition herein was presented on 20 July 2004.  The Company has not filed any evidence in opposition to the petition.  On 10 September 2004, leave was given for the Company’s solicitors to cease to act for the Company.  In the circumstances, as the petitioning debt is not in dispute, I make an order to wind up the Company.  The petitioner’s costs are to be paid out of the Company’s assets.
