Kindly note the following corrections in the aforesaid judgment:

(1)    At page 18, between lines F and H, delete the whole sub-paragraph 3 and replace it with the following:

“3. Total damages assessed         1,290,663 plus (f) above”

(2)    At page 18, paragraph 53, line K, delete “$994,473” and replace it with “$1,290,663”.

(3)    At page 18, paragraph 53, line K, after the words “plus (f).” add new sentence “This figure will be further reduced by the amount of EC compensation already paid, namely $296,190.”
