This is a petition to wind up Many Harvest Construction & Engineering Company Limited (“the Company”) presented by Lee Tak Shing Henry trading as Tak Man Engineering Company.  The petition is founded on a judgment debt of HK$411,185.96 obtained in DCCJ No. 3211 of 2004 on 12 July 2004.  A demand for the judgment debt was served on the Company on 24 July 2004.  The petition herein was presented on 25 August 2004.

J U D G M E N T

1.This is a petition to wind up Many Harvest Construction & Engineering Company Limited (“the Company”) presented by Lee Tak Shing Henry trading as Tak Man Engineering Company.  The petition is founded on a judgment debt of HK$411,185.96 obtained in DCCJ No. 3211 of 2004 on 12 July 2004.  A demand for the judgment debt was served on the Company on 24 July 2004.  The petition herein was presented on 25 August 2004. 

2.At two earlier hearings before a Master in October 2004, the Company appeared by two directors but has not so far sought leave for any director to represent the Company. 

3.No representation has been arranged for the Company today and no evidence has been filed by the Company to oppose the petition.  In the circumstances, I make a winding-up order against the Company.  The petitioner’s costs are to be paid out of the Company’s assets.
