47. The P is 38 and otherwise fit and I find it is likely he will continue to work past the age of 60. Having considered the comparable cases referred to by both counsel I adopt a multiplier of 13. The adjusted multiplicand is HK$25,200.00 (HK$2000.00 x 12 x1.05). Using a multiplier of 13, the future loss of earnings and provident fund is assessed at HK$327,600.00 (HK$25,200.00 x 13)
