The petitioning debt is in the sum of HK$27,500.00, being the balance of the amount due on an award made in favour of the petitioner against the Company in the Labour Tribunal on 8 July 2004. A demand for this debt was served on the Company on 24 August 2004 and the petition presented on 13 December 2004. There is one supporting creditor Yamano International Trading Company Limited, this creditor had presented a subsequent petition to wind up the Company in HCCW No. 44 of 2005. I am also given to understand that there is yet another petition to wind up the Company also presented after this petition and that is HCCW No. 23 of 2005. 2.The Company has not appeared today and there is no dispute of the petitioning debt. I make an order to wind up the Company. The petitioner’s costs and the costs of the supporting creditor would be paid out of the Company’s assets.
