1. Having heard submissions from both sides, I was delivering my oral decision when the Defendants’ solicitor asked for an opportunity to clarify her submissions on the P.I. Practice Directions that had been referred to by the Plaintiff’s solicitor and I allowed her to do so after the lunch break.
