Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Saunders.

Paragraph 2, line C :	“Judgment has been entered by agreement both as to liability and damages against the 2^nd Defendant, who was Mr. LAU’s immediate employer on the site” be deleted and replaced by “All issues between Mr. LAU and the 2^nd Defendant have been resolved by agreement”.

Paragraph 8, line N :	the figure “$136,100” should read “$92,709”.

Paragraph 9, line P :	“$8,000 a month” should read “$800 a day” and “$7,000” a month” should read “$700 a day”.
