1.The title of this action should read :
“PERSONAL INJURIES ACTION NO. 1093 OF 2004”
2.On page 2 at paragraph 4, the 1st sentence should read:
“The plaintiff’s claim is for damages in negligence, breach of contract and breach of statutory duties against both defendants in respect of birth management and treatments they provided to the plaintiff’s mother before and at the time of the plaintiff’s birth.”
3.On page 3 at paragraph 7, the 3rd line should read:
“Personal Injuries List on 27 June 2005. The Master made no direction for”.
4.On page 6 at paragraph 13, the 2nd sentence should read:
“Firstly, under the rule, the time for disclosure of expert reports is after close of pleadings. Paragraph 5.2(i) covers the same subject matter as rule 8(1)(d).”
5.On page 13 at paragraph 13, the 4th line should read:
“paragraph 5.2(v) of PD 18.1 because the purposes of the Practice Direction”.
