Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 30 June 2005:-

1.	Page 35, paragraph 165, should read as “This sub-total amount of $1,322,336.00 will be reduced by 10% to take account of the plaintiff’s contributory negligence.  This comes to $1,190,102.40.  From this sum will be deducted the sum of $272,793.12 being the EC award already received by the plaintiff.”
2.	Page 35, paragraph 166, should read as “Accordingly, there will be judgment in favour of the plaintiff against all the defendants in the sum of $917,309.28”
3.	Page 36, paragraph 167, should read as “There will be a costs order nisi that the defendants do bear the costs of the plaintiff’s claim herein to be taxed on High Court scale if not agreed.”
