Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Reyes on 2^nd September, 2005:-

Page3, between the lines D and E, the amount “$556.7 million” should read as “$554.9 million.”

Page 61, between the lines S and T, the amount “$237,280,575.30” should read as “$237,280,575.38”.

Page 118, between the lines H and I, the amount “$553,749,915.11” should read as “$553,749,915.19”.

Revised Annex I (C22A/007 and C22A/009) are attached herewith to replace the former ones.
