1. Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above appeal case dated 13 May 2005.

Page 31, Paragraph 81 should be amended as follows:

“ 81.  Accordingly I will allow the appeal, set aside the judgment of Yuen J (other than the orders for costs provided for in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Order dated 21 December 2001) and order the case to be remitted to the Court of First Instance for trial.  I will make an order nisi that the plaintiffs are to have the costs of the appeal and below. ”
