J U D G M E N T

1.This is a petition presented by HKL (Chater House) Limited to wind up Universal Engineering and Construction Limited (“the Company”).  The petition was founded on a judgment debt of HK$228,719.10 obtained in HCA No. 2996 of 2004 on 7 February 2005.

2.A demand for the judgment debt was served on the Company on 10 May 2005 and the petition herein presented on 12 July 2005.

3.At the hearing today, I am informed by counsel for the Company that the Company has no objection to the petition.  The petitioning debt is not in dispute and no evidence has been filed by the Company.

4.In the circumstances, I make an order to wind up the Company.  The petitioner’s costs are to be paid out of the Company’s assets.
