However, he did not appear at the hearing and instead simply submitted written arguments. We could not find any question of great general and public importance or any issue that ought to be submitted to the Court of Final Appeal. 3.There was no valid basis upon which we could accede to Mr Choy’s application. 4.The application was therefore dismissed with costs to be taxed.
