Please kindly note that there are following amendments:

(1) at page 14, paragraph 28 between lines L and M, the date of trial “16 September 2005” should be deleted and replaced by “16 January 2006”. Therefore the multiplying figure should be “8.5 months” instead of “4.5 months” stated therein and thus making a sum of “HK$29,750.00” instead of “HK$15,750.00”.

(2) at page 14, paragraph 28, between lines O and P, the total pre-trial loss of earnings inclusive of the loss of MPF contribution should be “HK$207,637.50” instead of “HK$192,937.50”.

(3) at page 16, paragraph 33, lines N, the total damages of “HK$490,007.50” should be deleted and replaced by “HK&504,707.50"
