Kindly note that the “Decision” handed down by the Honourable Mr Justice Chung sitting in Chambers on 7 April 2006 should be amended as follows:-

1.	Page 6 I-K, para. 16:-
		“This application is discussed before the other 3 because of what transpired at the hearing on 24 October 2004 (explained in para. 17 to 21 below).”

	should read:-
		“This application is discussed before the other 3 because of what transpired at the hearing on 24 October 2005 (explained in para. 17 to 21 below).”

2.	Page 4H, para. 8:-
		“… to recuse as the trial judge …”

	should read:-
		“… to recuse from hearing one of his summonses …”

3.(a)	Page 9 S, para. 23, add after items “7(h)” and “7(i)”:-
		“7(j)”

	and add after “same plea (now para. 7A(f))”:-
