Kindly note the following correction in the Ruling of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 27 April 2006:-

1. Page 1, Heading, the words 'Consolidated by the Order of the Honourable Mr Justice Suffiad dated 24^th day of January 2003' should read 'Consolidated by the Order of the Honourable Mr Justice Suffiad dated the 24^th day of January 2005'.

2. Page 6, paragraph 19, add 'including the costs reserved on 2 March 2006 in respect of the 2^nd Defendant's Summons' after 'application for split trial'
