Kindly note the following correction in the Ruling of the above mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Suffiad on 27 April 2006:-
1. Page 1, Heading, the words 'Consolidated by the Order of the Honourable Mr Justice Suffiad dated 24th day of January 2003' should read 'Consolidated by the Order of the Honourable Mr Justice Suffiad dated the 24th day of January 2005'.
2. Page 6, paragraph 19, add 'including the costs reserved on 2 March 2006 in respect of the 2nd Defendant's Summons' after 'application for split trial'
