The housing development known as Maywood Court, Kingswood Villa, Tin Shui Wai has spawned a number of High Court actions between individuals or families who entered into sale and purchase agreements, following a standard form approved by the Government under the Consent Scheme, for uncompleted units in the eight housing blocks there.
