1.On page 1 at line 7, the Applicant’s name of “1628 LIMITED” should be replaced by the words of “1638 LIMITED”;

2.At paragraph 26, the words of lines 11 and 12 (i.e. “been given by the common owner.  In either scenario, there would be either consent or acquiescence from the owner of the 1/F Premises as a result of”) should be deleted; and

3.The last paragraph no. of “28” should be replaced by the no. of “29”.
