1.Under paragraph 81

2.The last two sentences of paragraph 81 on page 17 should read:

“Item 1 relates to FBT-218 ballasts.  I find Yook Tong liable to $5,404.00 under this head.”

3.The second sentence of paragraph 100 on page 20 should read:

“Union Data can recover from Yook Tong the sum of $5,404.00 as loss of profits [prayer (2)], and also from Yook Tong and Universal the sum of $17,894.00 as loss of profit [prayer (6)].” 

4.Paragraph 102 on page 21 should read:

“Yook Tong can offset this sum of $71,855.00 against firstly, Union Data’s deposit of $50,000.00 kept by Yook Tong, and secondly, Yook Tong’s liability for $5,404.00 and such part of the said sum of $17,894.00 [see para 98 hereinabove].”
