1.Kindly note the following corrections in the Ruling on Gross Sum Costs of the above-mentioned case handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Saunders on 2 November 2006.

2.Paragraph 1, P.2, line C: delete “7 July 2005”, and substitute “15 July 2005”.

3.Delete Paragraph 2, P.2, and substitute the following:

“The defendant’s solicitors have supplied their gross sum costs estimate, the plaintiff’s solicitors have supplied their objections to that estimate, and the plaintiff’s solicitors have responded thereto.  The defendant’s solicitors have supplied a supplemental estimate of further costs, to which there has been a reply and a response.”

4.Paragraph 5, P.2, delete “Draughtsman”, and substitute “Draftsman”.
