1. QuestNet is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and registered in Hong Kong under Part XI of the Companies Ordinance. QuestNet is owned, as to 80%, by QI Ltd, a Cayman Islands company, and as to 20% by a Mr Joe Fabregas. QuestNet is one of various companies within a Group, principally owned by QI Ltd.
