1. Imada Luenwah World Limited (“ Imada ”) produced/sold inter alia red flower medicinal oil (“ Oil ”). Yip Ming Cheong (“ Mr Yip ”) and Wong Chi Nang (“ Mr Wong ”), partners of Mei-King Machinery Engineering (“ Mei-King ”), manufactured/sold automated production line facilities (“ Facilities ”).
