1.This is a renewed application for leave to appeal to this court from the judgment of Cheung J.  In that judgment the judge increased an amount of costs which had been awarded in favour of the 3rd Defendant against whom an action had been struck out.  The Registrar had ordered the sum of $8,710 in costs to the 3rd Defendant and the judge increased that to $14,400.  He also ordered $2,600 in respect of costs for the hearing before the Judge.

2.The Judge came to his decision at the conclusion of a very lengthy and detailed judgment and, in my view, I can see no grounds for altering it.  I cannot see that there are any grounds for giving leave to appeal on this matter.
