1. The Applicant by his Application issued on 3 rd January 2007 (“ EC Application ”) claimed that on 18 th May 2006 he suffered personal injuries by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with the 1 st Respondent. The Applicant claimed that he slipped and hit his back whilst lifting a stone block (“ Accident ”) when he was working at The Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club (“ Club ”).
