1.Please note in the judgment of Mr. Registrar C. Chan on 16 March 2007 that the following parts are amended:

(1)	the last sentence of paragraph 14 is deleted and substituted by the following:
	(a)	“As Clause 3(a) of the Charge refers to the Facility letter to determine the rate of interest in default cases and term 6 of the latter document deals with it.  I accept that term 6 is incorporated.  I allow interest from the date of default to the date of judgment at the higher rate as stipulated therein.”
(2)	in paragraph 15(b), the following amendments are made:
	(a)	the date “25 July 2006” is substituted by “18 May 2006”
	(b)	at the end of 15(b) add in the following:
		“and from 19 May 2006 to 25 July 2006 at the rate of 12.25%”
