CORRIGENDA

(1) Page 1, 2nd paragraph, last 2nd line, ‘$100’ should read as ‘100’;

(2) Page 1, last paragraph, 5th line, ‘s.74(1)’ should read as ‘s.76(1)’;

(3) Page2, the quotation on top of page should be deleted and substitute for it:

“… had in his custody or possession five (‘one hundred’ in the second count) forged banknotes each of which purported to be a banknote of $100 denomination United States currency issued by the Federal Reserve of the United States of America, knowing the same to be forged.”; and

(4) Page 3, the quotation of s.76(1) on top of page should be deleted and substitute for it:

“76(1) Any person who without lawful authority or excuse purchases or receives from any person, or has in his custody or possession, a forged bank note, knowing the same to be forged, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction upon indictment to imprisonment for 14 years.”
