Hon Le Pichon JA:

1.This is an application by the Applicant for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal under section 22(1)(b) of the Court of Final Appeal Ordinance. 

2.Mr Wan was asked whether he could formulate the questions said to be of great general or public importance.  Mr Wan informed this court that he was unable to do so.  In these circumstances, the application falls to be dismissed.
