CORRIGENDA

Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment of the above- mentioned case:

1. The sentence “The 4^th and 5^th Plaintiffs case for trespass succeeds only in relation to the whole of Lot 136 SB ss1 (the rented land).” in line J of paragraph 150 on page 56 should be deleted.

2. The words “1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd” in line N of paragraph 150 on page 56 should be deleted.
