Kindly note the following corrections in the written judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr Justice Yam in Court on 11 June 2007 :-

(1)	in paragraph 36 of page 12,
	in the eighth line of paragraph 36 is amended by adding at the end after the full-stop “The total amount he received by cheques was $38,300.”;
(2)	in paragraph 54 of page 16,
	(a)	the figure in item (ii) should read “$14,000 x 7.75 less $38,300” instead of “$14,000 x 7.75” ; and the sum  should be “$70,200” instead of “$108,500”;
	(b)	the figure in item (iii) should read “($14,000 - $6,000) x 44” instead of “($14,000 - $6,000) x 45”; and the sum should be “352,000” instead of “$432,000”; and the total should be “$607,000” instead of “$725,300”;
(3)	in paragraph 56 of page 17,
	the figure should read “$607,000” instead of “$725,300”; and the total should be “$543,000” instead of “$661,300”;
(4)	in paragraph 76 of page 22,
	the figure in item (ii) should read “$543,000” instead of “$661,300”; and the total should be “$853,449” instead of “$971,749”.
