Paragraph 46, point 4, line 1, the word is “defendant’s” instead of  “plaintiff’s”.

Paragraph 128, line 1, the date is “ 4/8/04 ” instead of  “ 2/8/04 ”.

Paragraph 146, line 11, the date is “ 20/8/04 ” instead of  “ 20/4/04 ”.

Paragraph 154, line 7-8, the sentence is “ That he had not done.” instead of  “ That he had done. ”.
