At page 12 paragraph 33 is amended as shown below:

33.

For the reasons stated above, I find that Jimmy Leung at all the material times acted as the agent of the Defendant on the basis of actual authority, or alternatively, on the basis of apparent authority.  Hence the Defendant is liable for the loss and damages suffered by the Plaintiff.  Accordingly I enter judgment in favour of the Plaintiff in the sum of US$130,007.25, with interest thereon, at judgment rate, from 7th March, 2006, until satisfactory.
