1.At page 4 paragraph 9, the third sentence should read:

“	Sections 59A and 59B relate to the taking of intimate samples from a suspect for the purpose of investigation.”

2.At pages 16-17 paragraph 39, the second sentence should read:

“	Applying the normal rule of costs follow event, there is an order nisi that the 1st and 2nd applicants pay the respondent the costs of these proceedings, to be taxed if not agreed.”

3.The reference  to the applicants’ legal representation at the end of the Judgment should read: “Mr Alexander King SC and Miss Winnifred W C Kwoh instructed by Messrs Henry Wan & Yeung for the 1st and 2nd Applicants.”
