1. There are two applications before me brought jointly by the 1 st and 2 nd defendants. The first is for discharge of an interlocutory injunction restricting conduct and the second for striking out the plaintiffs’ statement of claim as amended. At the heart of both applications is that the action issued in November 1999 and the injunction was ordered in January 2000.
