CORRIGENDUM

Subsequent to the issue of the judgment in this matter my attention has been drawn by counsel for the Applicant to the fact that there is an incorrect reference to the Bill of Rights in paragraph 25 of the Judgment.:

The first sentence of paragraph 25 on page 8 should accordingly read:

“	In R v Securities and Futures Commission Ex Parte Lee Kwok Hung [1993] 2 HKLR 51, the Court of Appeal found that that provision did not offend either Article  5 or 14 of the Bill of Rights.”
