1. This is a claim for possession of a substantial piece of land close to the sea-shore just off the Tuen Mun Highway near Siu Lam. The Plaintiff is the administrator of the Estate of Mr George Zee, now long dead, he having died in May 1967 without having made a will. I will refer to him from now on as the deceased.
