Kindly note the following corrections in the written judgment of the above-mentioned case handed down by The Honourable Mr Justice Yam in Court on 30 November 2007 :-

(1) in paragraph 8 of page 3, in the first line of paragraph 8 is amended:- 
  (a) by deleting “In the meantime,” ; 
  (b) the date of provisional sale and purchase agreement should be dated 29th April 2007 instead of 29th April 2006. 
(2) in paragraph 13 of page 4, in the first line of paragraph 13, the mortgage was discharged on 23rd May 2006 instead of 2007.
