Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case dated 13 February 2008.

Paragraph 7 of the Judgment should read as follows:-

“The plaintiff is a director of Ka Hang Decoration Company Limited the owner of Shop I on the Ground Floor of Century Industrial Centre situated at 33-35 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, Shatin, New Territories (‘the building’).”
