Paragraph 128 of the Judgment is amended as follows :

“The Plaintiff is entitled to judgment for the sum of HK$564,500.00 (ie the outstanding balance under the Contract in the sum of HK$540,000.00 and the Variation Cost in the sum of HK$24,500.00) together with interest thereon at the rate of 9.398% pa from date of issuance of the Writ of Summons to the date of judgment herein and thereafter at judgment rate until payment. ……”
