Kindly note the following correction in the Decision of the above-mentioned case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Saunders:

1.The first sentence of paragraph 6 on page 4 should be amended to read:

"On behalf of the Respondent, three documents are exhibited to an affidavit from Government Counsel.” 

2.The following sentence should be inserted at the end of paragraph 6 on page 4:

“Mr Grossman relies only upon the memorandum.”

3.The first sentence of paragraph 10 on page 5 should be amended to read:

“The opinion from Professoressa Francesca Ruggieri, a full professor of Criminal Procedure Law at the School of Law of the University of Insubria in Como, Italy, supports. In part, the view of the Director General.”
