Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment of the above cases dated 20 March 2008: -

1.     Paragraph 87, line 4, “subject to and will the benefit” should read as “subject to and with the benefit”.

2.     Paragraph 97, line 2 and paragraph 98, line 3, “condoned off” should read as “cordoned off”.

3.     Paragraph 98, line 1, “ a glass panels” should read as “a glass panel”.
