1. This is an application by the Plaintiff for reliefs in respect of injuries, losses and damage sustained by him in an accident in the course of his employment with the 1 st Defendant at a construction site situate at CT 9 Development, HIT Gatehouse and Other Works, Tsing Yi Lot, No. 9 and Town Lot No. 139, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“the Site”). At the material time, the 1 st Defendant was providing security services to the 2 nd Defendant at the Site.
