1. The Plaintiff is the son and administrator of Madam Wu Heung Lin (“ Deceased ”) who died on 18 th August 2004. However, this is not a fatal accident but a personal injuries case. At the time of the alleged accident referred to below and shortly thereafter at the time of her death, she was about 86 years old.
