1. On 14 th January 2006, the Plaintiff commenced the present claim for damages for personal injuries against the 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd Defendants as a result of an alleged accident on 18 th January 2003 (“ Accident ”). However, the Writ of Summons was only served in November 2006.
